FCG Novice Equalization Workshop

Equalization is a common issue for many freedivers especially for the beginners. Threw this workshop the instructor will guide you step by step and together you will find out how your equalization is working and you will build the appropriate, personalized set of exercises in order to improve your technique.

• Divers who need to move from Valsalva maneuver to Frenzel technique.

• Beginers or Advanced divers who want to have a better understanding about Frenzel equalization.
