FCG DNF/CNF Workshop for Beginers
Diving with no fins is the oldest known discipline that humans used in order to do their underwater activities. Is a very demanding discipline but also a very fun discipline. Threw this workshop we will have the opportunity to explore this unique discipline and analyze the key concepts of the DNF/CNF technique.

We will analyze the technique ( arm-stroke, kick-stroke, synchronization).

We will talk the equalization in CNF.

We will find out the proper way to adjust our buoyancy in DNF and CNF
​
​For whom this workshop is for: Anyone with a minimum AIDA2 or equivalent certification who is comfortable in the water and want to have fun by exploring the CNF discipline.
